Pop and Lock Crystallite Shellac Color Wow Serum is a lightweight serum formula that combines two technologies: an oil and a serum, to hydrate, nourish, smooth, and add shine to hair.
It can be used on damp and dry hair without leaving a greasy residue. The formula penetrates the hair, hydrating it, and improving its suppleness and elasticity, in addition to coating the hair in a shiny, glossy coating. It has a UV filter that protects color and prevents fading. The serum tightens the cuticles, leaving hair soft and shiny.
